The Academy Athletics Program is an additional training option for academy players designed to support their physical development. Sessions focus on speed, agility, strength, and movement quality to help athletes improve their overall performance in sport.
Sessions will be facilitated by Matt and Summer Jenkins, who bring extensive experience in athletics coaching and athlete development. Their focus is on helping young athletes develop strong movement patterns, running technique, coordination, and physical capabilities that transfer across all sports.
Sessions are run in conjunction with age groups to maximise the benefits of each session. Each session will be capped at 20 participants to ensure all athletes receive individual attention and gain the maximum benefit from the program.

Girls - 5:30pm – 6:20pm

Please Note: Registrations will be opened monthly, one session at a time, to ensure all academy participants have an equal opportunity to attend throughout the program.
