Directors

Andrew Burgess: Director

Andrew Burgess has over 35 years playing and coaching experience in both Futsal and outdoor football. During his playing career Andrew represented Ballarat at the local and regional level before gaining selection at State level where he represented Victoria in both football and Futsal. Andrew also has extensive coaching and youth development experience having previously held a position as a coach educator for the Australian Sports Commission (ASC). His coaching experience includes appointments with FFV as a State Futsal Coach guiding the development of talented players competing at FFA National Futsal Championships.  Additionally Andrew has also coached local Ballarat squads to achieve State Level success at the FFV State Championship winning the Youth, 16¹s and U12¹s State Titles. Andrew is passionate about Futsal and is proud of the team at Futsal Ballarat who consistently deliver the best Futsal competition and development programs in the region.

Dermott Tebb: Managing Director

Dermott has been an integral part of the Futsal Ballarat team since joining the organisation in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Sports Management and has over 20 years experience both playing and coaching Football (Soccer) and Futsal. Sport is more than a game for Dermott, it is his passion, and since joining the club he has used this passion and knowledge to grow our competition and player development programs to the most comprehensive program in the State. We are proud of our record as largest Futsal Club in Victoria and under Dermott¹s guidance Futsal Ballarat now provide opportunities for over 700 kids and adults to play and enjoy futsal every week.

In 2017 Dermott's drive and persistence was rewarded when he was promoted to Managing Director. As Managing Director, Dermott controls all facets of our weekly competition and training programs and utilises knowledge gained as an Assistant Coach at the FFA Elite National Futsal Championships to oversee our highly successful tournament program.  We are very proud of our record as a development club and since the Tournament Program inception Dermott has overseen the clubs success at both Regional and State level with the Club now winning over 10 State Level Futsal Titles further cementing our reputation as the Premier Futsal Club for Ballarat and Western Victoria.

General Manager

Jordyn Donald

Jordyn first joined Futsal Ballarat in 2013 as a referee for our Primary School Competitions on Saturday's. After 3 years refereeing and finishing her schooling at Ballarat Clarendon College, Jordyn began to assist in the administration side of Futsal Ballarat and then permanently took over the role of administrator in 2016. After opening our second futsal centre in Geelong, Jordyn took over the role of General Manager and oversees all management and administration at Futsal Ballarat across both venues.  She also assists in running the girls development training on Monday evenings and coaching the West Vic Warriors girls teams.
