SEMESTER 2 COMPETITON DATES

  • All competitions commence from Monday 21 July
  • No Futsal: Friday 19 September - Sunday 5 October (School Holidays)
  • No Futsal: Tuesday 4 November (Melbourne Cup)
  • Finals Series start from Monday 1st December 2025
  • All competitions conclude on Thursday 18 December

 

AGE GROUPS -
Junior - 6 years old and under to 12 years old and under
Youth - 13 years old and under to 16 years old and under 
Senior - 18 years old and above
* Junior competition age eligibility is determined by a players year of birth.
To calculate this you deduct the child's year of birth from the current year.
Example - Child born 2015 = 2025 - 2015 = Eligible for 10 & Under

VENUES + MATCH DAYS - 

  • Monday - Junior Girls Competition - Woodmans Hill Recreation Centre (Ballarat East) 
  • Tuesday - Junior Competition - Woodsmans Hill Rec Centre + Federation University (Mt Helen) 
  • Wednesday - Senior Competition - Woodmans Hill Recreation Centre (Ballarat East)
  • Friday - Youth Competition - Woodmans Hill Recreation Centre (Ballarat East)
  • Saturday - Junior Competition - Ballarat High School (Alfredton) 

PLAYER REGISTRATION -

It is compulsory for all players to register through Play Football to participate in any Futsal Ballarat competitions and/or training programs. For more details on how to register - https://www.futsalballarat.com.au/competitions/player-registration

MATCH FEES -
Match fees must be paid UPFRONT on a termly basis

  • 6s & Under - 10s & Under = $80 per week
  • 12s & Under - 16s & Under = $90 per week
  • Senior = $100 per week
  • The fees will be invoiced to the team manager and can be paid online via the invoice or with cash at the centre 
  • This will be calculated using the Match Fee x Number of Weeks in Term 
    Fees are not calculated on the number of players in your team. 

UNIFORMS - 

  • All teams will be required to wear a playing strip (including jersey, shorts and socks) identical in colour and style in order to participate in the competitions. 
  • All shirts must be matching
  • Shinguards are required to be worn by ALL players 
  • Long socks are required to be worn by ALL players over shin guards

TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR NEW TEAMS -  
1. Register and pay deposit 
2. Term 1 match fees will be invoiced upon registration
3. Register your players via Play Football prior to competition start date 
4. Fixtures will be realised the week before the competition
