Futsal Ballarat is excited to announce our inaugural Open Women's League will commence Monday 24th October.  FFV Qualified referee's control the action and ensure this league is the best run competion in town!

Our competitions and events are approved and supported by Football Federation Victoria and our players have the opportunity to access local, regional, State and National level tournaments and competitions.  Additionally we have researched and developed our own 'Futsaltots',  'Futsalkids' and 'Futsal Ed' player education and development programs. Our 'Futsaltots' and 'Futsalkids' program caters for players from 3 - 5 yrs and 6 - 10 yrs whilst our 'Futsal Ed' program caters for players aged 11 -16 years.  Since launching the programs 18 months ago we have had fantastic feedback from the parents and players.  Our experience in providing futsal specific game based training has ensured that the we are leading the way in training for the region.   Our results on court are second to none with our U/12 Squad crowned 2010 State Futsal Club Champions.  This year we took U/11, U/12 and U/14 squads away to the Victorian Futsal Championships with all squads showing their ability to match it with the State's best.  A number of players will now trial for the 2012 FFA National Championships to be held in Canberra in January 2012.  Stay tuned for more information.

 

Our Friday training will continue in Term 1 and has again attracted significant interest.  Make sure you regsiter early to secure your spot.

 

Our Primary School competition has grown steadily and our format which focusses on player and coach development has ensured that all our players and teams have the opportunity to access specialist coaching assistance throughout the season.   All our teams participate in a round robin tournament at the end of each season which ensure the players experience the thrill of competition in a supported learning environment.  

 

Futsal Ballarat is also host of the Pelada Australia Futsal Club Championships.  In Easter 2012 April 6th & 7th.  Our inaugural tournament attracted 200 junior and 120 senior players from across the State for a festival of futsal.  The event has already established itself as a significant tournament for the sport and planning has already commenced to ensure 2012 is bigger and better.
